Special Education Needs Assessment Survey (click)

Each year the district is required to ask for input from the greater learning community regarding what services are needed in order to provide and maintain appropriate and effective special education programs for all students with disabilities within the district.  Input from various sources is very helpful to assist the district to meet the needs of students under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act.
