Frankfort CUSD 168 reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Bids received after July 12, 2019, at 1 p.m. may not be considered. Frankfort CUSD 168 will review all bids and may award the contract to the bid proposal that offers the best value, terms and conditions, and upon approval of the Board of Education.

Unless otherwise notified with the proper timely notice, the meetings will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Library of Central Junior High School, located at 1500 East Ninth Street in West Frankfort, Illinois.  Meetings are generally held on the Third Mondays unless there is a holiday.  Any adjustments of the Regular Meeting schedule with a change of venue, date, time, or location will result in specific notice to our partners in the media in the proper time frame.

Food Service Programs

District 168 is part of the National School Foods Program and has been approved as a Community Eligibility Provider (CEP) by the Illinois State Board of Education. The district offers free breakfast and lunch to all students.

According to the Sex Offender Community Notification Law, 730 ILCS 152/120, parents of children attending Illinois public and private elementary or secondary schools have the right to information about sex offenders made available to the public.
