Today was a big day for Mrs. Ward's 4th graders! Our pen pals from BCHS came for a surprise visit!!!! The squeals and smiles were absolutely precious. I'm not sure who was more excited--the 4th graders, the Juniors and Seniors, or the teachers! They got to play at recess and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Tomorrow is our monthly PBIS celebration at FIS! Wear your favorite team shirt to celebrate! ❤️⚾️🏟️🩶

All new Kindergarteners for the 24/25 school year will need to report to Denning March 26th and 27th from 12:30 to 2:30.

T'niyah Avant is a third grader at FIS and a real life superhero! During lunch today, one of T'niyah's classmates got a piece of food caught in his throat causing him to choke. Without hesitation, T'niyah performed the Heimlich Maneuver on her classmate which allowed him to breathe freely once again. When asked how she knew how to do the Heimlich Maneuver, she simply said, "I watched Baywatch!" 🛟
We are so proud of you, T'niyah, and thankful for your heroic act!! ❤️ This little girl is destined for big things!
