NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID
Frankfort Community Unit School District No. 168 is seeking bids for the sale of surplus equipment of a 2001 Chevrolet C2500HD Silverado UTILITY TRUCK with approximately 182,600 actual miles.
Bids must be addressed and delivered to the Frankfort CUSD #168 Administrative Service Center and marked “Sealed Bid – Utility Truck.”
The vehicle will be sold “As-Is.”
Sealed Bids must be received by and will be opened and read at the Frankfort CUSD #168 Administrative Service Center located at 900 N. Cherry Street, West Frankfort Illinois 62896 no later than 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20, 2023.

Effective Monday, June 3, 2024, the Administrative Service Center (ASC) will transition to its schedule of summer hours. The ASC will then be open Monday through Friday from June 3 through Friday, July 26, 2024. The ASC will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on those days with two exceptions. The Office will be CLOSED on Wednesday, June 19 for the Juneteenth Holiday, as well as on Thursday and Friday, July 4 and 5, 2024, for the Independence Day Holiday.
The ASC can be reached at any time by calling (618) 937-2421.

From Frankfort CUSD #168: By now, all of our students who were in attendance on this partial day should be home and we bring the 2023-2024 School Year to a close. On behalf of the entire faculty and staff, we thank all of our parents, guardians, and other family members for entrusting your students with. us We've seen our students make great strides this year. Remember to occasionally review over the summer. We look forward to welcoming our students back on Tuesday, August 13, 2024.

Thank you to Mr. Pete Wilce of Ray's Body Shop for donating his time and materials to paint our graduation sign. Mr. Billingsley's class created the sign using our plasma cutting table and Mr. Wilce was so kind as to provide a great paint job so the sign will last for years to come.
Congrats to the HS Softball Team on their win against Harrisburg in the regional semi game. They will play Anna at Anna on Saturday for the regional championship. 11am.
We also have Brady Melvin in high jump and Brenden Waddell in triple jump that are competing at the Track State on Friday (5/24) in Charleston.

Graduation for the class of 2024 starts tonight at 8pm in Max Morris Gymnasium. All graduates need to be in line no later than 7:45pm. Prior to getting in line, graduates should go to the West doors of the main building to have their picture taken in their cap and gown. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight to celebrate the Class of 2024.
